Product warranty
The products sold by Smart Decorations ( MAPO SALE) are not counterfeit.
MAPO SALE guarantees the integrity of the products ordered from the website during transport, until the moment of delivery.
The products are accompanied by a commercial guarantee certificate valid for the period specified on the website for each product, where applicable.
All products sold on the website www.smartdecorations.ro benefit from the legal guarantee of compliance, which is 24 months in the case of natural persons and 12 months in the case of legal persons.

Payment and delivery of products
This online store is exclusively intended for the delivery of products to clients who are legal entities, natural persons, authorized natural persons, individual businesses or family businesses, only to addresses on the territory of Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary and Moldova. At the time of delivery, a person at least 18 years old, representing the natural or legal person, will sign for all the shipped products.
Any order will be delivered within the available stock, provided that it has been confirmed by Smart Decorations ( MAPO SALE) . The term of delivery of the products - in approximately 32 hours from the moment of receiving the order, by courier, on working days (in Bucharest) or in 24-48 hours, through the Sameday distribution network (in the other localities of the country). The determination of the courier with which each order is shipped is done by MAPO SALE SRL. No deliveries are made on Sundays. In certain cases, depending on the availability of the products, the delivery time can be extended with the customer's agreement.
For orders over 600 lei, shipping is FREE in Bucharest*
For orders over 800 Lei, shipping is FREE in the country
Delivery is made through the Sameday distribution network, in 24-48 hours. The determination of the courier with which each order is sent is done by Smart Decorations ( MAPO SALE) .
If you prefer another courier company, please let us know when you place the order! The products will be delivered to you on condition that they are paid in advance (bank transfer/card/reimbursement), the transport cost being your responsibility.
Payment for products ordered through Smart Decorations ( MAPO SALE) can be made as follows: in cash upon delivery (this method involves an additional cost of 5 lei), by payment order/bank transfer in advance or payment by debit or credit card online.
Payment in cash* is made upon delivery, in lei, at the value from the moment the order is confirmed, to the commissioner who makes the delivery.
Payment by payment order is made on the basis of the proforma invoice, issued upon completion of an order. The products will be shipped only after proof of payment is made to MAPO SALE.
If you opt for online payment with a bank card, the data on your card is processed through Euplatesc , and MAPO SALE does not request or store any details related to the card you hold.
You can pay the orders in installments without interest, depending on your shopping card.
The banks from which we accept installments are the following: BancaTransilvania, BRD, ALPHA Bank, FIRST Bank, Garanti BBVA
Returning products purchased remotely
According to GEO 34/2014, the consumer benefits from a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract or from a contract outside the commercial premises, without having to justify the withdrawal decision.

MAPO SALE SRL is authorized to introduce electrical and electronic equipment on the market
Taking into account the provisions of GEO 195/2005 - on environmental protection and GEO 5/2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), the appropriate decommissioning of electrical and electronic equipment is required. The goal is to prevent potential harmful effects on the environment and human health as a result of the presence of dangerous substances.
The symbol accompanying the product indicates that old electrical and electronic devices should not be thrown away together with unsorted municipal waste. After the appliances and equipment have reached the end of their working life, they must be collected in special centers made available by a company authorized to collect waste. Conciliation
If you have any dissatisfaction with the products or services offered by MAPO SALE, please contact us by completing the following questionnaire . Any conflict arising between clients and the company is tried to be resolved amicably, by agreement between the two parties. If the conflict is not resolved amicably, the competence rests with the Romanian courts, according to the legislation in force.

MAPO SALE periodically checks the accuracy of the information on the website, but does not offer any guarantee, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding the content and availability of the website.
In the event of a human error by which the price of a product was entered incorrectly in our online store, we are not obliged to supply the respective product at the wrong price and we will communicate this to you before delivering the order. In this situation, we will send you the new price of the product, and you will decide whether or not you want to purchase the product at the correct price.
